It is an ideal facility to acquire research samples for research institutes, universities as well as enterprise laboratory which needs to acquire four samples in one experiment. If it is matched with vacuum ball milling tanks, samples shall be ground in vacuum status. The machine is extensively applied to the fields of Geology, Mining, Metallurgy, Electronics, Construction Material, Ceramics, Chemical Engineering, Light Industry Medicine, Environmental Protection etc.
A wide range of powder can be grinded by our planetary ball mill with different mill jars and balls, such as ore powder, fluorescent powder, glass powder, pigment powder and so on. Hereby is a certain of powder for your reference.
Working Principle
XQM series planetary ball mill has four ball grinding tanks installed on one turnplate. When the turnplate rotates, the tank axis makes planetary movements and the balls in the tanks grinds and mixes samples in high speed movement. The product can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or wet methods. Minimum granularity of grinded products can be as small as 0.1mm.

The following promises are valid within the warranty period which is calculated from time or date when the
client or consumer takes delivery of machine, opens case, inspects machine and receives with signature.

Client may enjoy free replacement within one month if any of following occurs:
1) The machine is broken in course of transportation;
2) Motor and frequency converter are burnt out;
3) The key part or main disk of the machine is seriously in failure.

a. Common faults:
Common faults refer to failure of non critical parts or improper configuration that effects partial operation
or leads to Inconvenience of machine operation. We shall solve such problems by email or posting parts
by courier.
b. Serious faults:
Serious faults refer to failure of key parts or improper configuration that influence running or operating of
machine widely. We shall firstly diagnose reasons of faults by email or phone, then, shall send replacement
of parts by courier, until solve the problems. Courier freight shall be for our account within quality warranty
period.
